The following photos were taken in August of 1998 at the Corvette Museum and Corvette Assembly plant in Bowling Green, Kentucky. My friend John Jamison arranged a private tour of the Assembly plant. John and I served in Vietnam together in 1968, We were in Kentucky to attend our unit's fourth reunion which was held at Fort Knox, Kentucky.

The tour of the assembly plant is very informative, interesting, and fun. If you are anywhere near Bowling Green try to get on the public tour of the Assembly Plant. The plant tour is a must do. The National Corvette Museum has a remarkably small number of exhibits. If you skip the museum you are not missing much.
